Help us get to know your child...
As parents, you know your child better than anyone else.

At Bottesford Infant School we work hard to establish positive relationships and communication with the families of all children in our care; your views and comments about your child are always given the highest priority.

To help both you and your child settle into life at our school, as quickly and smoothly as possible, we ask you to complete the form below. We would like to know as much as we possibly can about your child before they start with us; this will enable us to meet their needs and plan their next steps effectively.

We are all looking forward to your child starting with us in September.
